The batch unlock is a one-time $9.99 purchase tied to the email address you used at checkout — no password, no separate account. To use it on another device, open the batch paywall screen, choose "Restore," and enter that email; we'll send a 6-digit code. If you never received your unlock or lost access to that inbox, email [email protected] with your receipt and we'll sort it out.
Tell us the rough file type (scanned, exported report, etc.) and roughly how large it was before/after — that's usually enough for us to reproduce it.
